Rank history · supplied observation evidence

Compare two keyword ranking snapshots without paying for storage

Import matching CSV or TSV exports from a rank provider. OpenWebmaster compares positions, ranking URLs, SERP features, engine, location, and device locally—without inventing live rankings, traffic, demand, or share of voice.

Use the same provider, tracked keyword set, search engine, location, device, and observation range in both files.

Keyword and Position are required. Matching optional columns can include Ranking URL, Search engine, Location, Device, SERP features, and Observed at. Use NR, not ranked, or >100 for an explicitly out-of-range position. Files remain in this browser.

SERP

Ready for two real provider exports.

No sample ranking history, synthetic keyword movement, traffic estimate, or manufactured opportunity appears before you supply observations.

Rank review workflow

Preserve the observation context before interpreting movement

Match provider scope

Use the same engine, country or location, device, language, tracked set, and collection method. A scope change can create apparent movement without a comparable observation.

Inspect the ranking URL

A stable position can hide a landing-page switch. Review canonical, redirect, page-change, and query-target evidence before deciding whether the change needs action.

Keep the raw exports

Save both source files and the complete comparison. Display filters never truncate the downloads, so another reviewer can reproduce every retained row and import note.
