URL Inspection reports the version in Google's index; it is not a live URL test. A sitemap PUT reports provider acceptance only. Private Search Console data never enters the public Observatory unless you explicitly contribute an aggregate research observation later.

OAuth access token

Use a short-lived credential.

USE ONCE

The token must include the Search Console webmasters scope. This field is cleared after success; the API response and browser state never contain the token. Durable OAuth is disabled until workspace identity and encrypted refresh-token storage are configured.
